You'll support this vision by ensuring safe and secure accommodation for customers and their guests. You'll be based at our Mallow Court Scheme in Wolverhampton (WV6 0PA). The role is permanent, working 12 hours per week covering Saturday nights (6pm-6am). You will also be expected to cover holidays. An enhanced DBS check is required. Your main duties will include: Monitoring the safety and security of the building Identifying and highlighting risks, and escalating to the right points of contact Responding quickly and efficiently to any potential incidents Successfully negotiating with customers to find solutions Recording all incidents accurately and ensuring records are kept up to date Carrying out any admin tasks, as required. We want somebody who: Has a positive can-do attitude to deliver outstanding customer service Demonstrates consistent integrity, trust and fairness whilst embracing equality and diversity Confident overseeing site safety and safe working practices, complying with health and safety requirements Ability to build relationships with customers whilst maintaining professional boundaries Experience of managing anti-social behaviour (desirable but not essential). Mallow Court is a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, so previous experience in a similar role is desirable. This role would suit someone who is used to shift work, has a calm and approachable manner who can assess risk and handle emergencies efficiently.
