Job Summary
The Senior Key Account Manager will lead sales activities in assigned territories, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders in oncology and haematology departments. This role requires a deep understanding of the NHS structure, funding streams, and policies, as well as exceptional selling and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow existing business and identify new opportunities in the haematology/oncology market
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and regional/national haematology groups
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize resource utilization and drive sales growth
Requirements:
* Extensive pharmaceutical sales experience in specialist care, preferably in oncology
* Proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders in haematology/oncology accounts
* Comprehensive understanding of the NHS structure, funding streams, and policies
* Exceptional selling and presentation skills, with ability to adapt to hybrid working practices
