As a Nightshift HGV Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing night operations and ensuring smooth maintenance activities during the night shift.
You will be responsible for:
1. Supervising night shift operations and managing staff.
2. Coordinating maintenance and repair tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
3. Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of required parts.
4. Enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
5. Training and guiding staff to uphold high service levels.
What we are looking for:
1. Experience in maintenance, welding, and electrical work.
2. Knowledge of HGV repair and maintenance.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
