About the role: We are currently seeking a part-time Rostering and Scheduling Officer, to join the team at our Juniper Home and Community Care site, based in Bentley. Care and services provided will be responsive, timely and empowering, enabling Juniper clients to lead a safe and independent value added life within their own home. Whilst working in this rewarding role you will provide efficient and effective allocation of client services and rostering for the Allied Health portfolio; which includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry. The role schedules services for HCP, CHSP and TCP customers and prior experience with these types of funding will be viewed favourably. In additional to regular scheduling you will also manage daily schedule updates, leave coverage, onboard new customers and book regular customer reviews. This is a permanent part-time position working 60 hours (0.8 FTE) per fortnight Monday to Friday on site at our Bentley office. Hours of work are 9am to 3.30pm each week day. Candidates with previous clinical scheduling experience will be viewed favourably.
