Location: Home-based with quarterly head office visits, on site in the Peterborough office
Salary: £30,000+ commission

As an Account Manager, you'll play a dual role:
Acquiring New Business: Actively canvass and secure new business from motor dealers across the UK.
Managing Existing Accounts: Provide outstanding customer service, build strong relationships, and drive business growth from existing and newly acquired accounts.
How You'll Spend Your Time:
Researching and understanding potential target accounts to identify opportunities. Developing and coaching new and existing dealers as to how they can enhance their sales.
Using a consultative sales process to find innovative ways to win new business.
Handling client queries and liaising with management when necessary.
Conducting presentations, negotiations, and overcoming objections to win business over the phone and via Zoom/Teams.
Planning and executing your strategy to meet monthly new business KPIs.
Regularly reviewing customer data to identify areas for improvement.
Managing your own diary to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in the role.
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience in a dealership or telesales environment is ideal.
In depth knowledge of Scotland and the local area and market as this will be your key focus area
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Confident in cold-calling and negotiating.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated, driven, and eager to succeed.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to influence sales.
Comfortable proposing new ideas and solutions to management.
