Element Recruitment are partnering with a successful company based in Aztec West to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to join their finance team. You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Financial Operations, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the company-wide payroll.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position, a strong understanding of payroll, and sound knowledge of accounting principles. You will be detail-oriented, organised, have strong communication skills, and strong Excel skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Work Environment: Hybrid, parking on site
As a Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
* Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers, and benefit changes
* Update and maintain the benefits portal
* Assist with year-end transactions, including P60's etc.
* Monitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalations
* Managing a small payroll team
* Partnering with internal stakeholders
