Your Role as a Design & Technology Teacher:
✔ Teach engaging and practical lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5 in areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, and Textiles.
✔ Inspire students to develop their design and practical skills through hands-on projects.
✔ Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
✔ Work closely with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it’s up-to-date and inspiring.
✔ Support and encourage students in extra-curricular activities related to design, such as technology clubs and competitions.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Design & Technology Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✔ A passion for Design & Technology and the ability to engage and inspire students.
✔ Strong practical skills and the ability to deliver a range of practical projects.
✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
