What You will do: Be the First Point of Contact: Manage and resolve people-related queries through the iPortal with exceptional service and efficiency. Keep Knowledge Accessible: Maintain and update our Knowledge Hub, ensuring policies and guidance are always clear, accurate, and up to date. Support Operational Excellence: Handle system updates, employee post changes, and payroll group adjustments with precision, partnering with our HR Management Service partner, Zellis, for seamless implementation. Drive a Smooth Onboarding Experience: Collaborate with recruiting managers and Zellis to ensure new starters have everything they need—from contracts to IT access. Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Prepare and run reports to support decision-making, from monthly organisation charts to payroll and HR metrics. Contribute to Projects and Improvements: Assist with exciting initiatives like salary reviews, bonus schemes, and compliance projects while delivering tailored correspondence and support. Your Attributes You will bring: Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Confidence with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems. A proactive approach to managing priorities and delivering within SLAs. Experience in HR or People operations. Understanding of GDPR and a commitment to confidentiality.
