Job summary We have exciting an opportunity to join our Business Administration Support Team in the Digital and Data Department. The post holder will undertake a broad range of duties to support the Digital & Data Department, ensuring the business functions are completed in the most effective and efficient way possible. Main duties of the job Supporting Digital and Data colleagues in administration duties, which include senior team diary management, arranging meetings/events, placing orders through the Trust's procurement system, arranging travel/accommodation, prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes of meetings as required. You will act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with complex queries from stakeholders. Assist in administering the shared inbox, ensuring all emails are dealt with in a timely manner.
