William Booth College is at the forefront of delivering education and training programmes for The Salvation Army's Employees, Officers, Envoys and Cadets from the United Kingdom and further afield, as well being a venue for internal and external meetings and events. We have just over 100 accommodation units (residential and overnight) plus 13 well equipped Meeting spaces with the largest accommodation up to 450 guests. What are we looking for? We are currently looking for enthusiastic relief receptionists, who have worked in a customer service environment before. This position will involve shift patterns (between 7:00am to 9:00pm) including weekends on a rolling rota. Key Responsibilities; Duties include providing excellent customer service, in line with Salvation Army values, using booking and access control systems to check in and check out guests, responsible for monitoring the security across the site and dealing with internal and external queries in a courteous and professional manner.
