We are excited to be managing an exclusive search for a newly acquired PE backed business that is strengthening its leadership and about to embark on a period of transformation and growth.
The client operates a specialist call out service with a strategy to expand into wider sectors. The business is currently owner managed and in time the Sales Director will have the opportunity to progress into the Managing Director position.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious UK wide senior sales leader with a proven track record of winning new business, from initial lead through commercial bid and execution, as well as developing current customers and maximising potential.
You will play a key role in the start of transforming the sales model, developing and executing strategies that will enter new markets, securing contracts around the UK. You will enable growth and support the business operationally when required to ensure its success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to secure new business
* Maintain sales through existing customers, maximising opportunity
* Build effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
* Build and manage a high performance sales team, driving a culture of excellence
* Oversee marketing campaigns,, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market demands
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings
* Deliver against ambitious revenue targets whilst always putting the customer first
Key skills & experience
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within security, facilities management, building services or similar
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that include delivering new products to market
* Hands on, pro-active approach to driving results and exceeding targets
* Experience in leading and developing sales teams, driving a culture of high performance
* Knowledge if successful bidding and tendering within the private and public sector
