This position is required for a period of 12-months to cover maternity leave.
Role and Responsibilities
* Maximise sales conversion through efficient processing of enquiries and orders
* Engaging with clients both on and off site in a supporting role with the aim of developing a broader customer base
* Implementing, contributing to and maintaining office-based sales procedures
* Preparing and following up quotations
* Processing orders
* Maintaining the customer database, ensuring that all activities from the team are recorded within the Opportunity Tracker
* Providing reports and analysis as required
* Process new sales enquiries
* Providing customer liaison in the event of delays or issues with products and services
* Providing management with information relating to the sales pipeline and quotation performance
* Hosting and supporting regular online customer meetings
* Supporting in general sales administration activities as required, such as export compliance tasks and NDA completion
* Sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers for repeat part quotes
* Complaints management, escalating where required
