We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead one of our clients private nursing homes in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nursing home management and a strong background in quality and compliance alongside working with clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Lead and manage a team of nursing and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
