We are actively recruiting for a passionate and engaging Teaching Assistant/HLTA to join the wonderful staff team at one of our partnership Primary Schools based in Ossett (WF5). The school is seeking to appoint 2 part-time candidates, although full-time applications may be considered from candidates with relevant experience to carry out a dual role across the Primary curriculum:
* Teaching Assistant - part time (15hrs)
* HLTA - part time (15hrs)
The Catholic Primary School is proud to offer a vibrant school community with strong Catholic values, catering for pupils aged 5-11 within supportive surroundings. You will become part of a committed staff team, utilising your talents and enthusiasm to ensure a creative and challenging learning experience for children within your care. Applicants for the HLTA role should possess a minimum of Level 3 and have prior experience of delivering lessons in the Teacher's absence. You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role; salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
We are seeking candidates with:
* A full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
* Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
