Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include patient care, medication administration, and utilizing your knowledge of anatomy to deliver exceptional nursing care.
Duties
* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Qualifications
* Hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse
* Must have nursing home experience
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable but not essential
