This is a hybrid role (3x/week) based in Northampton. We are open to remote work for the right candidate.

Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* 3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferred
* Proven track record of quota attainment
* Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
* Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)
* Ability to think critically and analytically
* Outstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutions
* Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document process
* Ability to multitask in a SUPER fast paced environment
* Willingness and passion to learn new skills
What You Will Be Doing:
* Drive expansion and upsell revenue within SMB accounts
* Coordinate and participate with marketing on customer programs
* Educate customers on the value of Sign In App in a thoughtful way
* Prioritize and advocate for customer needs, elevating issues that will have the most impact on customer satisfaction, retention and growth
* Collaborate with other internal teams to provide an outstanding and ongoing experience for our clients
* Manage communication and document client interactions
* Use a data-driven approach to lead outreach campaigns that promote new products, analyze client engagement, and increase product utilization
* Negotiate contract renewals, create proposals, and manage customer expectations
£33,000 - £35,000 a year
