(Current end date: 30/06)\nCompetitive Pay - Start at £11.59 per hour, increasing to £12.53 per hour after just 12 working weeks.\nCentral Location - Work at Southampton County Court (SO15 2XQ) in a well-connected area.\nImmediate Start - Get started as soon as vetting is completed.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nYou'll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the court by providing essential administrative support, including:\n\nEngaging with key stakeholders - Regularly interacting with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public to ensure smooth case progression.\nData Management & IT Support - Handling data input, collating and analysing case information, and using Excel and Office 365 tools to maintain accurate records.\nProcessing Applications & Orders - Ensuring documentation is managed with precision and efficiency.\nCourtroom Support - Assisting with administrative tasks before and after hearings, and liaising with the judiciary to ensure smooth operations.\nHandling Correspondence - Drafting letters, emails, and reports with professionalism and attention to detail.\nGeneral Administrative Tasks - Supporting a variety of office duties to keep everything running efficiently.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nStrong Communication Skills - You can engage professionally with a range of people, both written and verbally.\nIT Proficiency - Basic IT skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided for internal systems).\nA Keen Eye for Detail - You can manage information accurately and keep processes running smoothly.\nAdaptability & Teamwork - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with others.\nPrevious admin experience?
