We are looking for an enthusiastic CBT Psychotherapist or Clinical / Counselling Psychologist t o join our service. This is a Full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent role, you will lead and manage the provision of psychological therapy services to patients with long-term conditions i.e., diabetes, cardiac, and respiratory problems. Also providing specialist LTC clinical supervision to all Sutton Talking Therapies clinical therapists and contribute to the strategic development of the integrated pathway. Main duties of the job A key member of the Senior Management Team, including Duty Rota Lead the borough-wide implementation of a Long-Term Conditions (LTC) strategy Provide specialist assessments and high-intensity/CBT therapy to adults with common mental health problems. Deliver clinical supervision to junior therapists and other staff members. Contribute to the teaching and training of therapists and other staff members.
