Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our National Fleet Operations Manager to deliver the local fleet volume and profit plan and take ownership of Fleet programmes, systems, budgets and marketing communication?
This role involves delivering the annual local fleet volume, profitability, and fleet network programme strategy. You will also manage fleet systems and budgets efficiently and generate high-quality fleet leads through Customer Relations Management (CRM) and marketing communications.
What will you be doing?
You will define, own, and manage the Local Fleet programme, including target setting, remuneration, and provision of sales tools. A key responsibility is to oversee the Fleet Operations Manager's deliverables, ensuring high performance in budget management, demo programmes, dealer communications, and events.
You will develop and leverage strong relationships with key fleet network sales partners, and lead collaboration with internal stakeholders and Mobilize Financial Services. You will provide actionable insights to the planning and senior sales leadership team, and work with the Marketing Communications team to deliver effective CRM campaigns for fleet.
As the lead expert on local fleet market performance and trends, you will ensure the competitiveness of network fleet offers. You will coordinate and align with the Central Business Unit in Paris for UK fleet performance and strategy.
Success will be measured by local fleet sales volume against targets, the fleet department's fixed marketing expense budget, and fleet lead generation.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, relationship management, budget management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of the UK fleet market, dealer network sales, electrification, Salesforce, and financial business case development is essential.
