We are seeking a part-time Commercial Property Administrator. This will be a new full-time position and will complement the established team of six within the Department, located at the Landlord’s Estates Office in Wembley.
The role will be varied and will include administrative tasks as well as being a point of direct contact with our commercial Tenants, in terms of managing and controlling rent payments, viewings of commercial Units and matters that may arise from day to day within the company’s commercial portfolio across Northwest London.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Arrange viewings with prospective tenants
* Handle tenant’s queries and concerns
* Monitor tenant’s debts and action where necessary remedies to resolve late / non-payers.
* Support the property management team with various administrative tasks.
* General office and administrative tasks.
Additional Information
* Working Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (24 hours per week with a half-hour lunch break).
* Industry and general training support.
* Support from an established and experienced team.
* Salary £16,224 per annum
* The role is not conducive for hybrid or working from home.
