TRC Group is pleased to work on behalf of our client, a well-established M&E Contractor, to appoint an Electrical Project Manager.
This position is available due to the company experiencing significant growth. The Electrical Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical installations and activities primarily on construction sites.
The Candidate
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and industry standards.
3. Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
4. Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
5. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
7. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
8. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
9. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant IT tools.
