Shift Building Maintenance Electrician

Shift Building Maintenance Electrician is required to join an FM Services Providers established commercial maintenance team at their flagship building based on Bishopsgate, London.

Qualifications:

1. City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
2. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Duties:

1. All ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting.
2. Changing lamps and small lighting installations.
3. Changing sockets and data points.
4. BMS checks and fault finding back to fuse boards and distribution boards.
5. Riser inspections.
6. Disconnecting pumps and motors.
7. General maintenance duties, making safe, and general paperwork.
8. Escorting sub-contractors.

Working Hours: 7-7 nights and days, 4 on / 4 off.

Salary: Up to (phone number removed) p/a, with company benefits and overtime available.
