About the Role
I am looking for multiple Business Analysts to work across high-profile IT and Business Change projects. The Business Analysis team provides analysis services to key stakeholders across the group to enable successful, forward-thinking business change that meets the needs and expectations of both the organisation and customers. They currently have a significant number of change programmes in key areas of the business, including projects in digital customer management, finance, insurance systems, and regulatory change.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively build working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to enable the effective delivery of Business Analysis services.
2. Confidently manage business sponsors, project teams, and vendor resources to ensure project and business objectives are met.
3. Clarify the impact of proposed solutions to establish costs, risks, and options, and present appropriate recommendations in a concise, traceable, and flexible manner.
Skills and Experience Required
1. Experience of Business Analysis delivery throughout the full lifecycle of change (including software development).
2. Process documentation and engineering (UML and/or BPMN notations).
3. Requirements elicitation and management (functional and non-functional).
4. Conducting impact assessments for complex business changes.
5. Previous financial services or regulated industry experience would be great but is not essential.
