The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will lead the mechanical and electrical cost management of a portfolio of data centre projects, ensuring precision and efficiency from inception to completion.
Acting as the primary M&E expert, you will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and a multidisciplinary team, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
The M&E Quantity Surveyor
To thrive in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience in the M&E aspects of data centre projects.
2. MRICS qualification or a construction-related degree.
3. Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management.
4. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
5. Excellent client-facing and team management skills.
6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
