Digital Administrator We are currently looking for a Digital Administrator to join our Rolex team within our Fine Watches Department. Within this role, you will support the operation of all Rolex enquiries, providing a market-leading digital service. About the Role As a Digital Administrator, you will develop and transition clients from digital enquiries to physical clients and provide administrative support for the day-to-day running of the Rolex boutique. It will be your responsibility to respond to all enquiries in line with the brand expectations and ensure a smooth and professional handover of clients from digital to physical interactions in the boutique. Other responsibilities of this role include: Ensure all SOP documents are up to date, signed and adhered to by the Rolex team. Hosting appointments and completing sales with clients that you have converted from digital to in person clients. Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with the direct team. Manage all Rolex returns including stock repairs and warranty replacement. Assist with quarterly stock takes and serial number stock takes. Assist with maintaining the integrity of the stock file within Rolex. About You We are looking for someone who is able to multi-task, is flexible and adaptable in accordance with changing priorities throughout the working day. We are looking for someone who is passionate about becoming an expert in the field, working as a team and supporting the wider division. You will also: Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have strong experience within retail and sales. Work with a high attention to detail and use your knowledge to resolve issues and repairs. Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Be highly organised to manage and organise Rolex administration and complete daily tasks. Develop a thorough understanding of all Rolex processes to carry out related tasks proficiently.
