12 month fixed term contract
Part - time 29 hours per week - Remote working with the occasional requirement to visit the Lutterworth Office
Our client - a membership organisation are looking for an experienced individual to manage the Head of and the Deputy Head of Professional Services calendars and in-boxes -supporting workload and prioritisation of time.
Key accountabilities include:
* Diary Management
* Booking travel and accommodation - raising purchase orders and checking invoices for approval
* Arranging internal and external meetings, including the co-ordination and distribution of agendas, including note taking where required.
* To so-ordinate and populate the monthly departmental activity reports.
* Maintain the electronic filing and management of documents
Experience required
* Previous diary management experience - able to work independently and prioritise workload
* Experienced in the use of Word, Excel and databases
* Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both written and verbal.
