About Us and the Role
We’re looking for a Caretaker to join us at our offices in Warwick, for a fixed term of 12 months. Previous Caretaking experience is preferred but not required as we will provide the training you’ll need.
Joining our team, you'll take responsibility for ensuring our buildings are opened and closed on time; are safe and secure using alarms and undertake routine maintenance work. Directing contractors; clearing litter; general rubbish and recycling; setting up meeting room are all part of your role. You’ll undertake training activities; work with internal and external customers and support the wider team as directed.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll be used to working within a team or solo, on your own initiative, and able to work under pressure. You will need: good customer care skills, to be flexible in your approach to your duties, to be willing to support the wider team as necessary and to take pride in your work.
This post is full time, 37 hours per week, starting at 1pm (1.30pm Fridays) and finishing at 9pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
