We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks, while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative risk solutions.
We will count on you to:
1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks tailored to client needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarising findings and recommendations.
What you need to have:
1. A degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in risk management or a related discipline, preferably within a consulting environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
What makes you stand out:
1. Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or equivalent are preferred but not required.
2. Experience with risk management software and tools.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
