Job Description
* Support the Finance team in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions, predominantly relating to the purchase ledger.
* Prepare and maintain important financial reports.
* Prepare, send and store invoices.
* Collaborate with the team to support with ad hoc finance duties.
* Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company's policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Finance Officer should have:
* Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting position.
* Comprehensive experience dealing with purchase ledger
* Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
