Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead their sales team based in Aldridge and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing sales executives and overseeing customer accounts to ensure seamless operations.

The Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the success of the sales team.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
* Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
* Manage the sales pipeline and lead generation
* Maintain and strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships
* Liaise with customers to address inquiries and sell products
* Handle escalated grievances from the sales team
* Collaborate with other departments for customer satisfaction
* Attend trade shows to showcase new products
The Candidate:
The ideal Sales Manager will have the following qualifications and skills.
1. Proficiency in Sage software, preferably Sage 200
2. Strong computer skills, including CRM software
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
