A fantastic opportunity is available working for this award-winning Housing Association in the Warrington, who support themunities across the Northwest. They have a reputation for staff well-being and are and employer of choice in the local area. The organisation is looking to add to their Responsive repairs team with a Resource Scheduler who will support with planning responsive repairs and resolving customer queries. The role is based close in Birchwood, Warrington is close to a station. This position will be a hybrid with the initial 2 week training period requiring you to be office based whilst you are training. Ideally a suitable candidate should live in the Northwest Area with easy access to Birchwood.
Your new roleAs a planner for our reactive repairs service, you will play a vital role in the success of the repairs service. A large proportion of this role will involve the scheduling, planning and support with maintenance queries, booking in engineers and a full cycle of resource planning within a housing association environment.
