Our pupils have typically experienced emotional turmoil and disrupted learning, and need your help to reengage in education and make accelerated progress. Could you work creatively to help lead a team to make this a reality?

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher able to demonstrate:
* An understanding of how a range of factors can inhibit a pupil’s ability to learn, and how best to overcome these;
* Examples of supporting the identification, management and tracking of appropriate interventions for students with additional needs;
* Resilience and trauma informed practice.
