HR ADMINISTRATOR - Wigan - 5 MONTH FTC
My client is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a 5 month FTC, to support the business through a period of change. You will be working in a team of 4, working closely with the senior HR staff.
The successful candidate will be able to work between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, on-site in Wigan. You will be working in a fast paced environment, dealing with varied administrative and HR coordination tasks.
You will be required to:
Provide administrative support throughout a busy consultation process
Act as first point of contact for at risk employees across the site
Take accurate notes in meetings
Transcribe and compile accurate employee records, updating system accordingly
Coordinate and support in 1-2-1 meetings with at risk employees
The suitable candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in HR, and ideally have experience with redundancy processes.
