Job Description Manager – Investor Relations Full time London or Derby or Bristol (2 days on site per week in London) What you will be doing An exciting opportunity has arisen for a n Investor Relations Manager t o join the IR team, based in London. As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be supporting the EVP and SVP Investor Relations to manage the Group’s interaction with institutional investors and financial analysts. This is a key element in the Group’s stakeholder relations and important to ensure ongoing access to capital and investor support for our strategy. Due to the sensitive nature of IR work and the regular interaction with the senior stakeholders, discretion and integrity are essential behaviours we seek from everyone. Responsibilities You will: Help to produce press releases, presentations and internal supporting information for financial results announcements and d raft commentary and analysis on industry news flow, peer results, analyst reports, and market movements for the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Collect, analyse and present market consensus from the sellside analysts. Respond to investor and analyst queries in a timely, accurate and consistent manner and anticipate business, commercial, compliance and regulatory issues. Take a supporting role in meetings and calls with investors and analysts and develop and maintain a strong internal network of contacts across the Group. Help to prepare for and arrange investor events such as site visits, investors conferences, webcast events, including logistics and investor targeting and prepare and maintain a refreshed IR website for external stakeholders. Understand and analyse reports and information from across the business and make recommendations with respect to our external disclosure. Build a robust knowledge of the Group’s operations, corporate strategy, accounting practices, technology, environmental and financial performance. Work with Comms and Government relations to ensure alignment of investor messaging with communication to other key external stakeholders. Work with the EVP and SVP Investor Relations to set and enact Rolls-Royce’s ESG (sustainability) strategy for investors. Why Rolls-Royce?
