You'll help deliver workload and salary budgets to each store, applying your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and process mapping. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and success of our operations across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forecast Workloads: Predict each store's future workload using primary business data.
* Salary and Investment Planning: Determining the necessary salary and staffing investments to meet each store's workload demands.
* Data Interpretation: Analyse complex data streams to uncover valuable insights.
* Business Case Support: Assisting stakeholders from multiple Departments in developing compelling business cases.
* Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities for ongoing improvements by blending practical retail knowledge with data analysis.
What you’ll need to have:
* Analytical Expertise: Proficient at deciphering complex data streams and accomplished in Microsoft Excel.
* Simplifying Complexity: Can make intricate processes straightforward, with a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Deadline Adaptability: Flexible in managing tight deadlines, balancing long-term projects with short-term ad-hoc tasks.
* Real-World Translation: Ability to understand and convert real-world processes into data-driven process maps.
