Order Processor & Customer Service Advisor
We are an importer of car, leisure, garden and home products which are sold in retailers all around the country.
We are looking for someone to join our warm, friendly and busy team at our offices in Sale, Manchester.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sale for an Order Processor & Customer Service Advisor. The primary responsibilities include:
* Accurately process sales orders from various channels (email, phone, online) to Sage 200
* Answer customer enquiries on external platforms and handle queries, returns and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Extract / despatch orders from multiple online portals and process on internal systems
* Use warehouse management system daily to check order status
* Track customer orders and send over PODs as and when required
* Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Fully supportive in helping resolve customer queries.
* Ensure all administrative duties are completed on time.
* Have a good relationship with customers and help ensure customer expectations are achieved.
* Support directors with national accounts, this will include completion of new line forms when required
* Use Outlook to communicate with customers and colleagues
* Working on EDI systems for National accounts
* Process customers invoices on their portals
* Adhoc duties as and when required to assist other departments
Skills Required
* Customer Service experience is essential
* Sage 200 experience is an advantage but not required
* Experience with B2B client basis and B2C
* Competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office
* Work well independently but also as part of a team
* High Level of Accuracy in tasks
* Proactive and highly organised; ability to manage and plan their time effectively.
* Confident, yet personable telephone manner.
* A willingness to learn and quickly adapt is a must, as well as the drive to succeed
* Strong customer service and communication skills
