We are looking for a strategically led Senior Marketeer to lead and influence the deep integration of our digital and media agenda. Come and join one of the most loved brands!

Core Responsibilities
* Own the annual media strategy and development of digital & media channels for the UK & Ireland, within the context of commercial, communication, media planning and training.
* Be the lead for local media agency driving Quarterly Media Reviews and innovation for media Go-To-Market strategy.
* Act as a digital consultant and mentor building local knowledge around Media Buying across all channels, Retail Media, and PR events.
* Partner and support deployment of the regional digital strategy across a digital ecosystem of owned, earned, and paid channels.
* Be a collaborative and influential member of the Marketing Leadership Team, driving budget decisions for relevant channels.
* A subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations covering the whole spectrum of the media landscape.
* Drive the Digital Marketing measurement & performance analysis, translating performance data into practical insights.
* Observe local trends and work with agencies and internal partners to craft the Content Publishing Calendar for LEGO Owned Digital Platforms.

Do you have what it takes?
* Extensive digital and media experience from agency, start-up, or big consumer brand.
* Proven track record of leading media activities for agile and innovative media companies.
* Deep understanding of digital channels management and ability to connect digital metrics with overall marketing and business objectives.
* Significant exposure of crafting and implementing innovative projects in Digital Marketing and Media.
* Champion efficiency and data centricity, bravery to test hypotheses with a proactive approach to identify trends that have a positive impact and a collaborative approach to test and learn with partners.
* Budget ownership, direction setting and mentoring to share knowledge.
* Proficient in English both written and spoken.
