We are working with an Architectural Glazing, Windows and Doors company that undertakes a range of projects in Commercial Offices, Hospitals, Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Leisure Centres, and other Public Buildings. Project values typically range from £50k-£500k and can be both New Build Construction and Refurbishments.
Due to demand, the company is seeking an Installation Manager to project manage a diverse range of Windows & Doors projects.
As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for the programming of each job, undertaking labour resource and material planning, allocating installers to each project, and managing each installation to time and budget.
The Installation Manager will be working closely with client stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring that each client is satisfied and that contractual obligations are met.
The successful candidate will have experience in planning and managing fenestration projects within the commercial environment.
They will have excellent project management experience and be highly skilled at managing installation teams (both directly employed and freelance).
The candidate will be a CSCS Card holder, SMSTS Qualified, and have excellent customer-facing skills.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of £50k-£55k, plus a company van, pension, medical benefits, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
