As our Activation Lead, you’ll build relationships with key customers and create new opportunities, all while keeping the end user at the heart of everything we do. You’ll help make our products essential to their business, driving retention and growth.
From understanding user needs to delivering tailored solutions, you’ll lead project launches, create training programs, and keep users engaged with ongoing activation plans. You’ll also monitor usage, provide updates, and deliver enhancements to keep clients delighted.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals to ensure success.
* Own and deliver custom activation plans tailored to client needs.
* Lead key meetings and discussions, driving solution adoption and growth.
* Be the voice of the client within our product team, ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch solutions.
What You Bring:
* 2+ years in market insights with a passion for data visualization and client engagement.
* Strong communication skills, able to work across Marketing, IT, Sales, and more.
* Problem-solving mindset, focused on smart and effective solutions.
* Autonomous, organized, and persistent, with a natural ability to build relationships.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a bonus.
