Job Opportunity: Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: Shildon
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Hourly Rate: £13.50, paid weekly through OA
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Friday 7:30AM - 1:30PM (38 hours per week)

About the Role ✨
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of key administrative and financial tasks. Your duties will include:
Purchase Ledger: Handling all aspects of the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
Stock Management: Managing stock levels via Sage, ensuring accuracy.
Sales Ledger: Assisting with sales ledger duties as needed, including processing delivery orders and invoices.
Database Maintenance: Keeping records up-to-date, maintaining the database (training will be provided).
Job Logging: Recording the history of jobs accurately in the system.
Who We're Looking For 👩🏫
We are looking for someone who has:
Sage Accounts Experience: Previous experience with Sage is essential, ideally with Sage Line 50 (other Sage packages will be considered).
Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent attention to detail and administration experience.
