Your new role
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include:Managing and organising files and documents
Handling incoming and outgoing communications
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
Supporting the team with data entry and record-keeping
Performing other general administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have:Minimum 12 months previous experience in an administrative role - REQUIRED
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
