Job Description
This role serves as a liaison between our online audiences and the brand. The Global Digital Channels Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Group corporate digital channels, with an aim to build and engage with our target audiences. Working closely and daily with the global marketing and communications team, as well as internal stakeholders, the Global Digital Channels Manager will manage, propose and support the creation of corporate digital campaigns to get best results and engage our online communities.
You will:
1. Manage the Group and executive social media channels and SGS.com homepage, providing an editorial calendar that delivers fresh, useful and compelling content (videos, live streams, takeovers, etc.) for target audiences.
2. Input on and implement content strategy that supports our brand positioning and business objectives, working closely with other content specialists.
3. Create and optimize compelling digital campaigns.
4. Coordinate publishing of cross-channel corporate campaigns.
5. Guide and support the Digital Engagement team on community management.
6. Manage social media complaints on Group social media channels.
7. Stay up to date with new and interesting content formats and pilot them, communicating suggested content and updates to appropriate departments.
8. Educate internal stakeholders on best practices for social media management and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years building and executing strategies that engage communities, particularly for B2B environments, on channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
2. Demonstrable and strong experience identifying and creating content for specific needs/audiences: web articles, infographics, live streams, videos, etc.
3. Experienced with image and video creation tools.
4. Active daily life on social media, a true desire to interact with others.
5. Experience working in an international environment and understanding of complex organizations.
6. Native-level English proficiency, additional languages an advantage.
Additional Information
Working model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office).
