WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our IT team at our Head Office in Liverpool ,UK. In this role, you will take responsibility for the releases of all in-house developed applications and acting as Scrum Master to the department’s Scrum teams. The position involves taking ownership of the software development lifecycle and reporting on the performance of the SDLC to senior management. As an agile coach, you will support the department's learning and development with regards to the agile delivery of software projects. Required Work Experience 3 years experience working in a role within Agile Delivery (e.g. Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Software Delivery Manager, Product Owner, etc.). Demonstrable experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organisation and an understanding of facilitation techniques. Demonstrable experience dealing with difficult stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations. Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps (desirable). Required Qualifications Educated to a degree level. Certified Scrum Master qualification is preferred. Required Languages Spanish - business proficiency desired.
