A highly regarded law firm is seeking an accomplished employment Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, acting as the face of the firm’s employment team in Bristol. The role includes providing both contentious and non-contentious legal advice, whilst also helping to expand the firm’s national presence.
In addition, the candidate will contribute to the broader strategic vision of growth for the firm, focusing on business development while also playing a key role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of team members.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for team development, and a strong track record in building and sustaining an employment practice.
The candidate should:
* Be a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE.
* Have a deep understanding of the employment sector and market trends, and their impact on clients.
* Have a proven external profile as a leader within the employment law sector.
* Have a commercial mindset, with a focus on efficiency and team leadership.
