Advanced Solutions UPS Ltd are an established independent Uninterruptible Power Supply & Service company, whose continued expansion has led to a further requirement to develop our office-based team.
Working with the Administration Manager, but with day to day contact with both the field based engineering teams and customers, you will be a first point of contact receiving and making calls, scheduling and providing support to our field service engineers on maintenance visits. There will essentially be three key elements to the role:
1. Maintenance visit coordination: scheduling engineers’ diaries and liaising with them regarding ongoing jobs, and completing all administrative work as required.
2. Maintenance renewals: providing quotes for new and existing customers, updating quotes to reflect most recent assets, tracking expired quotes and raising invoices for work carried out.
3. Office administration support: assisting with purchasing and invoicing, and keeping the CRM system up to date.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in office management or a related administrative role, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage schedules, resources, and priorities in a dynamic work environment, and have relevant customer service and Microsoft Office skills.
Candidates with prior experience in customer service, service coordination, account management and/or working in a role related to field service engineers or products of a technical nature will excel. The opportunity to continue further education in subjects relevant to the role is available.
Whilst the position is part time, there is a requirement for the individual to be in the office each day Monday – Friday. We are therefore anticipating that the working hours are likely to be 9.30am – 2.30pm, although these can be varied to meet the needs of individual candidates to fit in with any care provision responsibilities that you may have.

Pay: £17,452.39-£35,410.67 per year
