Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
2. Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of customer needs and feedback.
3. Order Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Training and Development: Assist in training new customer service team members on best practices and tools.
The Successful Applicant
A successful French-speaking Customer Service Coordinator should have:
1. Fluency in French and English
2. Proven customer service experience, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Export order processing
5. Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7. Proficiency in relevant computer applications
