Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for technology and a drive to deliver high-quality ICT services? We are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team and help support and transform our infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day operational support for on-premise and cloud-hosted server environments and networks.
* Participate in the design and implementation of new IT processes and policies.
* Support change control, testing, and deployment of infrastructure services.
* Act as a 3rd line support, troubleshooting complex issues.
* Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery.
* Maintain IT security at all times and assist in the upkeep of security accreditations.
Skills & Experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Services role.
* Strong expertise in IaaS (Windows/Linux), Azure networking, monitoring and alerting, Azure AD/Local AD, Windows Server, and PowerShell scripting.
* Experience with SAN Storage (HPE Nimble), SD-WAN, and high availability failover clustering.
* Familiarity with AWS, Palo Alto Firewalls, Microsoft Intune, and Zscaler VPN is a plus.
Requirements:
* IT-related degree and certifications (Microsoft O365/Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL Foundation).
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Full clean driving license.
