Job Description: We have partnered with a prominent sporting industry organisation seeking a Business Analyst to work with business and IT teams. The Business Analyst will focus on requirement gathering, creating workflows and documentation for the organisation's projects. This includes 3 workflows: CRM implementation, Inventory management and Data insights. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with business stakeholders to gather technical, functional and data requirements.
* Develop and analyse detailed documents of requirements, processes and solutions.
* Ensure the solution aligns with the company technology and business requirements.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, update on findings and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
* BA or MA in Business Administration or Computer Science or Information Technology or BCS or Business Analysis certification.
* Proven experience creating business requirements documentation (BRD), creating workflows, storyboards and analysis.
* Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
* Attention to detail, strong communication and confident working with cross-functional teams.
