JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have a new opportunity for a Central Administrator to join our Central Administration Team based in Oldham on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time vacancy working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working, with the team working 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, you will provide administrative support and manage the resource process for starters and leavers and will ideally have previous experience of creating reports and providing statistics and analysis. What we are looking for We are a customer-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Administrator, you will also have great customer service skills. You will also be able to demonstrate: Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines. Experience of working independently or across cross functioning teams. Good time management and organisational skills Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. Customer service experience Experience of working with IT systems to produce reporting, analysis, and statistics. Good standard of numeracy and literacy. Good oral and written communications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
