Role Purpose As the Partner Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing LifeSearch partner marketing campaigns, initiatives and support services - aligned with our strategic priorities, business objectives and revenue targets. Your primary purpose is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch through new and existing partnerships - always acting to protect people properly and ensure best possible customer outcomes. Essential At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial services. Protection space would be an advantage. Passionate about the brand, B2B and the customer, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Experience in building and running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms Experience in running social media presence, post and content creation, and performance evaluation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations and with external suppliers/partners. A self-motivated individual, you're able to work independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with your Marketing team colleagues and in cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing working environment, with a continuous improvement mindset. Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Powerpoint and Canva etc. Desirable Advanced level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent fields. Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance. Experience in dealing with external partners, agencies and suppliers.
